Dash Button comes with a reusable adhesive and a hook so you can hang, stick, or place it right where you need itAmazon said it won't charge for the buttons, and their battery life will last for years. For now, Dash Buttons are only available to customers through an invitation, which the company will start sending to customers Tuesday. The retailer expects to send a maximum of three to each home. Amazon is also working with home appliance makers to develop machines to order themselves - such as a washing machine that knows when you are running low on washing powder. Amazon has today launched a new hardware called the Dash Button which allows you to buy the commonly used item with just one press of a button. This new product is just a upgradation of Amazon’s one-click ordering feature on the web. Amazon's new Dash Button is a large WiFi enabled button that can be used to reorder common household products such as drinks or washing powder. Dash button can be stuck on a fridge or washing machine, and is branded to each product. For example, you could attach a Tide button to your washing machine and you can press the button every time you're running low on detergent. After you press the button to place an order, Amazon sends a notification to either confirm or cancel the order (So don't worry if you press the button by mistake).
