Amazon has teamed up with online course provider EdX to offer $1,000 in Amazon Web Services credit to people who complete one of two classes from MIT on entrepreneurship. The new partnership between AWS and the massive open online course provider allows you to receive $1,000 in free credit to spend on processor time and/or storage in Amazon’s cloud as long as you earn a verified certificate in either MITx’s Entrepreneurship 101 or 102. The credits are valid for two years, but that's not all aspiring innovators receive. They also get credit for one day of web-based or instructor-led training (normally around $600 per course) and self-paced labs (normally around $30 per lab).
