As announced by the country's Cyber Security Regulator, China had demanded security checks on particular products to be carried out by Apple including all the iPhones. Apple is the first foreign company to accept this decision. This move is considered a more amiable one since the remaining US companies viz. Google and Facebook had refused to undergo such security checks. Eventually they had to leave the Chinese market because of their refusals to comply. China is one of the biggest smartphones market and even Apple can't afford to loose the customers due to some stupid security checks. These checks are done on the operative software, including the operating system and Safari web browser embedded in the products according to the informed sources. Apple would probably receive several disapprovals within various aspects of its products or software estimated by the renowned sources. Apple's particular decision is definitely a result of rapid growth in iPhone sales in China, which has substituted the US to become the largest iPhone market. iPhone now holds the third position in the country's smart phone market after Xiaomi and Lenovo. Regulatory bodies of Cyber Security has recently concluded the government's plans to enforce a new set of rules aimed at maintaining state security and protecting the public interest. According to the director of the Cyberspace administration of China, they were waiting for a long time to publish and imply it as soon as possible. In order to enter the country's market they would launch a security review which would further target IT products and its services. Companies who would further like to trade in China have to accomplish this vetting in a view of ensuring finest sales.
