Apple has just pushed out an update for its mobile operating system in form of the iOS 8.1.1 The update brings huge performance boosts for iPad 2 and iPhone 4s users alongside a slew of new features. The new iOS update is a breather for the old devices like iPhone 4S and iPad 2 and 3. The new update brings some new features which are not really into focus right now but will certainly matter with time. As far as the legacy devices like iPad 3 are concerned, there are a lot of improvements like better battery backup and an implicit fluidity that the Apple devices are known for. Apple hasn't eloborated on the exact improvements and new features provided in the update as of now but even the sound of an improvement is pretty soothing. The update is relatively light and won't take much time or effort to install. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to grab yours. The update weighs around 60-70 MB for the iPhone version and a hefty 364 MB for the iPad Version. We'll be back with a full review and all the noticeable improvements and new features soon.
