The ever growing impact of Cyanogen , a US Based software company in the Mobile OS has taken a future leap in the mobile OS industry by teaming up with Microsoft to have their Apps preloaded with the Cyanogen OS. Cyanogen's motive is to take Android away from Google and create something more open source and user friendly. This announcement means that OnePlus One devices and Micromax's Yu series will come preloaded with Microsoft's Bing search engine and OneDrive in place of Google search and Google Drive. This is not the first attempt by Microsoft to hijack the Android made devices previously Microsoft loaded the Nokia's android devices with their preloaded Apps. Cyanogen provides a more customizable form of Android and is already attaining a market for their products. Cyanogen has a team of 80 in house members and a 9,000 software developers team. Cyanogen is backed by Azim Premji's PremjiInvest, Qualcomm, Tencent, Twitter and various other companies. According to a report by Cyanogen around 50 million devices are powered by Cyanogen Os around the world, with the figure likely to rise in the future. According to Cyanogen's CEO they want to 'put a bullet through Google's head through their Cyanogen product. Microsoft is viewing this as a positive start in increasing the market share of their apps and their products. Cyanogen confirmed that they were delighted with the interest of Tech giant Microsoft in their Cyanogen OS.
