Instagram for iOS version 6.4.0 is available today in Apple’s App Store, and Instagram for Android version 6.12.0 is available today on Google Play.
For the first time in two years, the most popular photo sharing service on the planet, Instagram, has rolled out five new amazing filters in an update to its iOS and Android app versions. With this update, the total number of available filters now stands at an impressive 24. Instagram's new filters include Crema, Slumber, Ludwig, Aden and Perpetua, which will now appear first in the filter tray of the updated app. It also made the filter tray itself smarter as the filter choices now display mini previews of what that filter would like if applied to your photo. Users now also have a choice to reorder their filters and remove the one's they don't want to use. The update was also announced in an official blog post and Instagram said that they were bought about by the change in smart phone camera technology and the creativity of the users.
