Though there is no official announcement on the marriage date, reports say that the couple are planning to tie the knot very soon. Rohit Sharma is the record-holder for the highest One-Day-International (ODI) individual score (264 against Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens). Aaww my happily ever after ❤️ @ImRo45— Ritika (@ritssajdeh) May 3, 2015
Indian Cricketer and skipper of Mumbai Indians team in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Rohit Sharma, has announced his engagement with sports events manager and best friend, Ritika Sajdeh. The flamboyant batsman chose Twitter to break out the good news, as he posted a happy picture of him with Ritika (wearing the ring). Rohit also wrote : "From best friends to soulmates, couldn't get any better." Rohit, 28, proposed to Ritika, also 28, at the Borivali Sports Club in Mumbai where he began his cricket career. The couple have been gushing about each other on social media for quite sometime. Ritika tweeted a birthday wish to Rohit on April 30, which looked more than 'just-a-birthday-wish'.
