No need to still access the routes from your Google maps which require you to take your eyes off the road. Here comes, a unique hi-tech motorbike helmet with built-in navigation system and voice controlled interface. Using maps would distract the attention of the bike riders to stop for a moment and checkout the direction and which is all the more not safe for the riders to use too. Instead this Live-map acts as an effective navigation tool to meet out the biker’s requirements.
The android-based lightweight helmet contains GPS and voice control. Its heads-up translucent display system allows riders to access navigational information without looking away from the road. This is a prototype of the visor. The image is received from here to the visor and is reflected to the human eye. This is also the optics. The Pico Projector (mobile projector) is located here and the electronics are behind it. And the price is about to be $2.000 which is just a good deal only because of its exotic features. The size is found to be little bigger than the size of a normal helmet because of its extra space for electronics and optics inside. And an interesting thing to notice is that it does not need any internet connection for making routes. Internet will be required only for downloading updates, traffic information, POIs and weather forecast.
Live Map- Appears to be the best guide a biker can have!
